Zhejiang Best Nail Industry Co., LTD. Anti-modern slavery and anti-human trafficking statement

In accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Anti-Slavery Act 2015 (the "Act"), Zhejiang Best Nails Co., LTD and its Malaysia subsidiary (" Best ") issue this statement for the financial year 2020 to set out the various measures that the Company has implemented to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within the organization or within the supply chain of its business.

 

Best is committed to good corporate citizenship and the highest ethical standards. Best is a professional engaged in building decoration, furniture mattress, automotive interior seats, packaging and other industries connection fastening nail research and development and sales enterprises. Due to the technical and professional nature of our business, we believe that Best's risk of engaging in modern slavery and human trafficking is extremely low. Furthermore, we have not heard or noticed any instances of forced Labour. We understand the complexity of modern human slavery, so we will go the extra mile to ensure compliance.

 

Best operates in countries that may be more prone to human rights abuses. To that end, Best has a zero-tolerance policy for such violations. Best has put in place procedures to communicate the zero-tolerance policy. This statement provides a framework for the actions we are taking to uphold our responsibilities and obligations under the Act.

 

Best's Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook are guidelines to ensure that Best conducts its business with the highest ethical standards and integrity, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

The purpose of this statement is to inform Best's employees, contractors, suppliers, providers and other partners who do business with Best that Best does not condone any activity in its business that constitutes human trafficking or slavery. We are committed to a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking and slavery in our supply chains. Best has conducted compliance training for the affected departments and has communicated this statement to the supplier community.

 

Any actual or suspected violations should be reported immediately to the Best Inspection Committee.

 

We will continue to update this statement as necessary to improve our compliance procedures.
